A Virtual Assistant (VA) is kind of like a freelance PA. Business owners use them to outsource all their necessary but time consuming (and often boring!) tasks like admin, competitor or client research, chasing invoices etc. so they have more time to focus on running their business.
Although many people still haven’t heard of the term, Virtual Assistants are becoming increasingly popular as they save their clients time and money. The client simply hires the VA as and when they need them, they only pay for the hours they work and they don’t need to go through all the hassle of hiring an employee and all the extra overheads involved.
In addition to helping clients with those necessary and time consuming tasks, the other core services I offer include website maintenance and support, creating website content, blog post support, social media support, training, development and coaching support.
